Duke has knocked off two currently ranked teams in Oklahoma and Michigan St, as well as NC State who was ranked when they played. Let's get some knowledge before you post.

Uh oh. I think we may have a Duke fan in the midst.

I believe the only win Duke had against an opponent that was ranked at the time was against Michigan State. NC State nor Oklahoma were ranked at the time of their games.

I don't put much into the rankings, although I feel Duke definately isn't a #2 team. IMO Wake and UNC are still much better teams, and will prove that when they play.

And on the note of rankings, I don't think UK should be ranked ahead of Kansas in the coaches poll.

The rankings usually work by default. If you lose and someone below you wins, they move ahead of you. I'm still surprised Illinois moved Kansas out of 1st place early in the year. That was a rare occurance.

What would be better, IMO, is if they would do a complete re-ranking of the teams come, say, January and the end of conference play. I believe that would give a much fairer representation of the teams abilities.
