A lot of what makes Letcher Central a great enviorment is the fact that everything is so new (which is ironic considering a lot of places are great because they are older and "historic"). Between the tail gaters, the turf and the jumbotron, it feels like you're at a college game.

As somebody who gets there at 5:00 for homegames, you see the atmosphere build as the kickoff time approaches. The facilities help out a lot. Parking areas for the tailgaters, the music, and I would like to think that the jumbotron helps out. We shouldn't leave out Dr. Sam Quillen as the voice of the cougars.

If you think the atmosphere outside is crazy, you should be inside the pressbox.
