EXAMPLE: Their 8th graders playing UP on the freshman team and then being allowed to come back down to play Jr. High ball. County schools DO NOT allow this!!! Is it that the county schools have rules about 8th graders playing up or just that they don't do it? I'd like to see some documentation if there is a rule against it.
