The guy said it was just a mis-understanding and wouldn't file charges but sure enough he did. It may have came one heart attack later, but still. Then you have to look at the Rutger's situation again. After accepting the Don Imus apology they said that was that, but sure enough one of the girls wanted to pursue her own case. It's hard telling from what people say compared to what people do.
