Due to exploratory knee surgery, in other words microfracture surgery. Other NBA Players such as Penny Hardaway, Jason Kidd, Amare Stoudemire have had this surgery. Oden one of the most highly anticipated players to come to the NBA in recent memory will be out unti March, or he will miss the season and thats what everyone is looking at him missing the whole season.
