I think the 3 point line should remain where it is now. If a player is good enough, and most of the time in this area not good enough to shoot from the college 3 point line, they they can always step back a step and let it fly. I dont think the percentage of shots is high enough to warrant moving the line back any farther than it already is. As for a shot clock, I think that would be a good idea. 45 seconds is longer than most teams run offense. I just wonder where the money would come from to retro fit all gymnasiums with one.
