Is it morally correct to teach Evolution in Schools?

What I don't understand about carbon dating is how can anyone know for sure that a rock is older than whatever. I mean just because a chemical turns a different color or whatever happens, how come someone know for sure that they are right.

Someone said something about the Bible saying the Earth has only been here for about 6000 years.. Well if I'm not mistaken that's since adam was put here..

The Bible says that 1000 years is as a day, and a Day as a 1000 years. I paraphrased a little bit there but hopefully ya understand.. So no one really knows for sure how long the earth has been here.

As far as teaching evolution, well IMO they shouldn't teach it as what actually happened.. They should teach it as a theory. Doing anything else would be like trying to teach religion in school. Cause religion is based on faith, and since no one can actually prove that the evolution of man started with a single cell from who knows what, then technically that is based of the faith of Darwin being correct. So to teach it would be contradictory to saying they can't teach religion in schools[/quote"]

What you said went right over my head

My head :?
