Obviously only a small percentage of the players are thugs. The problem with the Bengals (and I'm a lifelong fan) is that the team seems to have more than their share. For all the positive stories which don't get much attention you have the Nicholson story. The team has to get rid of the bad guys on the roster. Listening to Willie Anderson during his postgame interview following the finale last year you could tell how frustrated he was by some of the selfishness on the team & how it hindered their chances to win.
