You're missing the point. What have Paintsville's players done to establish themselves as top players in this region? They have nothing to show for it if they are indeed all top players.

How did Shelby Valley not lose a game in the 15th this season if they don't have any top players in the region?

How could a team that goes undefeated in the region and 29-4 on the season not deserve to have more top rated players in the 15th than any other team?

Either way, it won't matter. Most people didn't have one single SV player on their preseason top 10 rankings of players this past season and look how good that worked out for them.
