Heres the real meaning :

Everyone knows how Bevis and Butthead to the rock and roll thing with their hands. (Sticking the pinky in the air, and the index finger in the air, holding down the middle finger and the ring finger, placing the thumb over the middle finger and the ring finger.)

If you've ever watched the movie "Stick it"... thats where it came from.

The Bevis and Butthead one means Rock n Roll. PCCHS (and the girls from Stick it) do the Bevis and Butthead rock and roll sign with both hands, except they but down both index fingers and stick them together.

...This being "Too much Rock for one hand).
