i think there is an exception to that rule if the student changes his or her mailing address then the child does not have to seat out, or if the child has never played a varsity game. i think those are the exceptions not for sure

hes right. That applies for high school students to. Thye dont have to sit out a year if they change their mailing address. (AKA Heather Martin)
