90 days is not enough. People should lose their license permanently for DUI's . Society today is too easy on everything. You can't spank your kids, you sue people or companies for stupid things done to yourself(woman spilling hot coffee on herself and sueing and winning against McDonalds), people break the law and then start this I was abused and it's not my fault, or claim temporary insanity. Nobody wants to own up to their mistakes.

I agree, I completely agree, look at what happened to me, but the point is that "normal" people don't get that long for DUIs. There's other things that he SHOULD be in jail for, but if you're going to punish him for that, at least do it formally.
