Congrats to the lady owls on there win tonight!
Ya' know, this win broke Owsley's school record (for the girls) for the most wins in a season.

They absolutley shot the lights out of the gym tonight. I think they only missed one shot in the first quarter. Way to go girls!!!!!!!!!!

You might want to do a little research... Owsley County's 1988 team went (23-5) and were 56th district champs and 14th regional runner-up. They defeated Breathitt Co. and Hazard in the regional tournament before falling to Fleming-Neon in the championship.

Coach Randall Spencer's teams (1979-1992) won over 200 games, and 10 district titles in 13 years. Several of his teams won more games than the 2006-'07 team. If Paul Green's teams had played a simialr schedule to this years team, those teams would have easily won 20+ games a couple of times also.
