To me, is they can go by a different set of rules for "indepedent" then how should they be allow to compete with "county schools".
Would for example, would Prestonsburg or Lawernce County be allowed to have their middle school compete at KAPOS?
Also, I thought that according to title 9, you couldn't say a Junior Varsity was cheering for girls. That you couldn't make a difference in the teams. You have to have the same score sheet for each squad and let girls choose what team they wanted to cheer for.
