If it is the kids they care about then why dont they take thier expertise and teach at the lower scoring schools. Now that would really impress someone. As far as your indexes go, they are often manipulated. I will tell you one index I would like to see; the average income of the parents of your students compared to the rest of the county(s). By the way; I know what contiguous means, not all non-Paintsville people are dumb a _ _ _ _. I have had several educators tell me that the scoring system is a joke anyway. I'm not buying the "smarter kids only go to Paintsville" argument. So, finally the real issue comes to the top-its just a Paintsville thing. You have to be born in it to understand it. So there you go, an opposing view to the kingdom. I wonder if anyone else has the guts to speak thier opinion.
