powell county will have 2 great dunkers with billy rice and david hawkins. rice can get a dunk down and hes only a sophomore as can hawkins. adams has only been dunking a year and can do a 360, rice and hawkins will be throwin down all next season, what about the other schools?

What ladder will hawkins be jumpin off of next year.... a 4ft or a 6ft
