Tubby is not under the same sort of fire. Tubby fell into a fine situation at UK, and has ran the program into the ground. Unlike Tubby, Hammonds don't get to pick who comes and plays for him. Tubby has the Kentucky tradition to throw into his recruiting, and still can't win guys over. He'd rather have a McDonald's All-American like Crawford, rather than someone like Chris Lofton. The in-state kid who was Mr. Basketball and has elevated the Vols game to where they can now play with UK. I'm sure he wishes he could give himself a swift kick in the hind end for it now, so instead someone like Barnhardt should do it for him. Back to the topic, I don't know anything about SC basketball or the current condition of the school system. I do know that, in the 57th your job could be in jeparody at anytime. The only two constants that come to mind are BMR and Danny Adams. Remember, a coach won the district a couple of years back, lead his team to the regional finals and still got das boot.
