Everyone griped about the consolation that created the Mercer County Titans and said that was the only reason they won state in football. Which is not a valid argument, if they're going to win it in one sport shouldn't they win it in all of them? Mercer County is down this year basketball. They are a very athletic team, but lack a true shooter. If you're a school that just consolidated shouldn't you be able to find one? If we take it into a class system in basketball, who all would be griping about Mercer then?
