The only team that could contend oout od this region is SV. There is no way that paintsville is a contender they will barley be one for the region they are terriable this year Valley and JC will dominate them this year.

I don't know how Paintsville will do this year, BUT you are living in a dream world if you think that SV is the only team that could contend outside of this region. And Paintsville should definately be able to hold their own with JC and SV. And this in no way is meant to take away from the talent on SV or JC's teams. But reality is what it is and SV is not a 15th Region powerhouse this year.
