I recently bought a Famicom from a seller in Japan via eBay. However, I immediately knew the item I got was not the one in the picture. Today I see another auction from the same seller that had the pictures of the actual Famicom they sent me. I have opened a dispute with Paypal and will see where it goes from there. Has anyone ever had to do this? If so, what was the outcome?
I created a page with proof if this. If you would like to see it, check out:

The auction links are:
(the Famicom I bought)

(the Famicon someone else bought)

I think I have a pretty good case... what do you think?
