It was actually Ratliffs Creek where he moved to, which is approximately one mile from Pike Central.
I believe it was an actual move but the issue seems to be that the student was living in Pike Centrals district originally(lower Johns Creek)while attending Belfry then transferred to Pike Central even though a bona fide move, the student would have still been in the same district had he been at Pike Central.

I personally disagree with the decission if these facts are correct.... depending on where his house is at JC, theres a difference in driving every morning and afternoon from Johns Creek to Belfry and from Ratliffs Creek to PC. And you cant compare that to having to drive from Ratliffs Creek to Belfry everyday which is what he would have to do in order to continue to play ball after the move. IMHO NOT fair to the kid.
