Never in my life have I ever heard this penalty called, so I was just wondering if anyone else has. At the LCC and Rock game the other night, a LCC lineman was called for cut blocking. The refs said that "you are not allowed to cut block while the QB is in the shotgun." Anyone else ever heard this?
