I am sorry a squib kick is not lining up and kicking the ball or toping the ball to the PHS sideline causing the other team to fumble. Most of those kicks barely went 10 yds. and you can't tell me their is no one on that team who can't kick it 10 yds. Thats absurd or whatever! I hope that the Tigers don't squib kick everytime this wk. You don't want to give JCHS any shorter field to work with!

We've tried to kick it deep 3 times this year, and 2 of those kicks were returned for a TD. I know that the short kicks are giving the opposing team a short field to work with, but its better than a TD. The philosophy behind kicking it to our sideline, is that is gives the returning team even less room to work with when trying to set up a return. We try to kick it to around the 30-35 yard line but it doesn't always work that way.

Also, as PC98 has said, when you only have 20+ players, some of the starters are going to be in the game the whole time. If we take Pugh out, he is going to be replaced by another starter, so this arguement is kinda splitting hairs. Everyone on the roster played in the Phelps, Allen Central, Betsy Layne, and Jenkins games. How many games has Central played let's say 50+ players?
