Listen, our very first game out of the box next Saturday is no gimme by any means. Toledo is considered the MAC favorite, and a few prognosticators have them making the playoffs as the highest rated team outside the Power 4. A loss in the opener, and we might be looking at a 3-9 type season, which would really kill any good feelings that remain around the football program.

Definitely no easy game and a challenge right off the bat vs Toledo. I haven't followed college football any so far this year. Had no idea some was giving Toledo a shot at making the playoffs. Maybe if we do good in this one it may help us prepare for conference play.
