Teams cancel because there’s no reason to not. There’s no penalty.

A rule is never a rule without a punishment. We can call it an unwritten rule between people, but who cares.

I challenge the KYMSFA to make a solution by imposing fines like they would in high school. But I already know the response. They don’t have to join the KYMSFA. There’s a lot of reasons to join and I wouldn’t either and it’s not the fear of penalties for cancellation..

Until the day it’s a fully governed body, it’s going to be cancellations for general buthurt. Above poster mentioned Meece and Northern. It’s like that in so many realms it’s crazy across its state. Rivals cancel often.

I did make the trip down to Somerset with a dear friend last year in the hottest damned early games I’ve watched. Northern probably wishes they cancelled those games. Especially the 6th grade game. Shew.
