Well Scrimmages shouldn't last 3 hours anyways. I agree that players should be rotated and that even some players should sit for any reason necessary. All in all it gives every player who participates valuable experience playing against the combination of Size, Strength, Speed and athleticism that they'll be facing in Pikevilles case every week of the regular Season. Also the confidence that they can play on thay level which will help with thinking and worrying and just reacting to the game.
