The problem is not P.E. or Trump's proposal. The problem is slip and fall lawyers and  uneducated jurors with a lottery mentality. The idiots make their minds up as soon as they see who has the deepest pockets - the facts don't matter. It's their chance to make somebody a millionaire. Of course, insurance companies almost always have the deepest pockets, which is why they offer so many settlements to fraudsters.

Talk about slipping, sliding, and falling. When I was in grade school we had gym a couple days a week.  I got my gym days mixed up. One day I wore a pair of cowboy boots, dress boots, and we had gym that day. We played basketball, I couldn't do nothing, just a sitting duck on the court. Just like my experiences with roller skating and ice skating, I spent a lot of time on the ground that day in gym class! Everytime I'd try to drive around someone with the ball, it was a total wipeout! Lol
