May I tell you, you need to be sure you're treating osteo arthritis. Go to your general practitioner and get a good check up. Discuss your issues/needs, and get some good professional advice. If you don't have a GP, I can recommend a great one!! IF you aren't sexist. Tumeric works for me. I'm not sure how it would work for others. Could be that it works in conjunction with my other arthritis meds. I just want the best result for you.
