I think there will be some small changes.   I think social media will be open but not private messages.     Why can a newspaper report that player a had 25 pts in a win but the head coach can’t post that also for everyone to see. 

college coaches follow high school coaches on social platforms and not parents.     That’s the biggest issue that coaches can’t publicly promote their kids for accomplishments.  

also the family in district B can’t comment or follow on first cousin or great niece from district Z is way to far fetched.  The bill is good but needs a lot of tweaking and clarification. 

coaches can group message on different apps no problem and that will be a smooth transition, but the ability to not promote kids for athletics is a tough one to swallow.  If a kid screws up and makes a bad decision they get criticized but the biggest supporters can’t give positive attributes.
