Congratulations to Rockcastles Isaiah Jackson. He's had a big summer, picking up college offers from EKU, Austin Peay, Kentucky State, and Thomas Moore. With alot of intrest from some bigger schos. Keep grinding buddy

One thing is for certain Isaiah and the entire team have really focused on hitting the weight room this year. I look forward to seeing that make a difference in a lot of games this season. This type of dedication has been missing  over the years and it’s just great to see that aspect of the game back. I remember when I was in school that was the one thing we always made sure while we may be the smaller team or our opponents may have been more athletic we were always striving to make sure we were certainly the stronger/hardest hitting team that our opponents played and they always woke up the next morning sore. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard everyone say I don’t want to have to play the rockets this friday bc I know come saturday win or lose we are going to know we were in a battle.
