While browsing social media, I came across Boyd County's basketball page. Based on what I saw, it's hard to believe the account is being managed by a responsible adult—it comes across as either very immature or poorly run. Is this blatant recruiting and basically a slap in the face to the KHSAA?  NIL? Agents?

I believe you are referring to trolling Boyd County's basketball page. You might want to revisit last year when Ashland Boys Basketball acquired 3-4 recruits from Russell, Boyd County, Morgan, and South Point, all of whom were featured on their social media platform by the staff at Ashland. Additionally, they brought in the Greenup County player and other Boyd County players in previous years. Could KYJELLY give actual evidence of Ashland player who participated?

The recordings of Mays and the video Dotson confirm what was already suspected regarding in-house deals, NIL, and the involvement of agents. Additionally, it should not overlook that Coach Mays mentioned Brian Lemaster as the individual who handles his covert activities on the audio.
