I’d say your gut is correct. I’d honestly never heard the guys name before now and was shocked to see they hired someone again with no varsity head coaching experience. No experience plus having a kid on the team will be a recipe for continued  disaster I’m afraid. Wish them the best but I’d not be surprised if more than the 2 leave
