I never said Shannon would leave Perry , but if I’m in the process of hiring , what’s the harm in reaching out to him ? If you really think there’s going to be a flood of applicants for the Breathitt job , then you’re kidding yourself. I always thought Huff’s teams were competitive. In my opinion , he’s a better Xs & Os coach than the one Knott replaced him with.

Then maybe watch the end of the District Championship game with Jenkins. Over 6 seconds left down 2 and couldn’t get up a shot and had to launch a prayer. No sense in bothering Shannon, he’s going nowhere. May not be a flood of applications but there will be some quality people interested. Breathitt will face a tough decision.

If Bobcat Nation can’t handle Matthew Perry’s language , they definitely won’t be ready for Matt Taylor.

I don’t see this happening. I been wrong before !!!! If it was me I would hire Cam Turner. He going to be  really good coach. Kids seem to respond to him. But hopefully we can hire a coach that going bring few kids with them.

Does breathitt usually hire assistants? I think he needs a few more years. Two years as an assistant and not even like a main assistant isn’t much on a resume for a job this big. Wes noble was their jv coach. I think he has a better chance than the other guy.
