How much for a family of 4 to attend 1st two rounds in Milwaukee?
#17
I went to concerts from July 1979 through all the 80s every time the door opened at Rupp, and I never, ever remember paying more than $10. I saw Don Henley at Rupp once for $5 and a losing Ky lottery ticket (they were sponsoring). So ironically, the only time I ever bought a Ky lottery ticket, I was hoping for a loser.

I hate, hate, hate how big time sports have priced the average Joe out. Now, you could get upper arena tickets at Rupp this past Thursday night for $5, and I even saw good lower arena tickets listed at $19. I almost pulled the trigger on that, but did I really want to see Tennessee-Wofford and UCLA-Utah St.? Plus, even without exorbitant ticket prices, you still have to pay outlandish parking and concession prices. About the only thing I still will pay for is one Bengals game a year for me and my son, we’ve been doing that for nearly 20 years now, it would kill my soul to give that up.
