Long John Silvers used to have pretty good fish and chips, with big cod fillets. KFC in Paintsville also served H. Salt fish and chips that were pretty good. Most restaurants have switched to tilapia or Pollock to save money.

In case anybody doesn't realize it, this is fast food fish sandwich season. Popeyes has a Flounder sandwich that is pretty good. Culver's probably has a walleye sandwich, and a cod fillet sandwich is on their regular menu.
