Final. GRC led 55-45 with 6:33 to play. Montgomery ends on 14-1 run. Reed's banked 3 as time expired. 

Different school now but Jason Mays’ teams have never lost a regional championship game. He is now 5-0. Not that it means all that much but it does mean that he’s been there before and the moment was not going to overwhelm him or his team.

Coach Mays performed quite the turnaround in just two seasons. The Indians were 11-18 in Mays first season last year that ended with a 73-47 loss in the opening round of the 40th district to GRC now being 22-10 and to Rupp Arena.

Can you call it a turnaround when 4 of his top 6 are from elsewhere?

That can be said with a straight face do we need to talk about how many players have played and are playing at GRC as you say from elsewhere. Like a pretty good player from Paris. lol
