Big blow to Wesley Christian as they won't find a better coach than Mason Hall.

Well i think coach hall was trying to spend more time with his kids and I know he has love for floyd co.

Betsy Layne should have hired him over Mike Howard. I can guarantee Mason wouldn't have gotten on a microphone and gotten himself suspended like Mike did at season's end.

I understand wanting to spend more time with his kids, but do you think this may be another reason he stepped down? Possibly making a play at Betsy Layne, he may know something that everyone else don't.

This is exactly whats wrong with Floyd county sports......"making a play at the job" I dont actually think Mason is doing this btw. 

 Mike Howard won COY in the region did a great job leave him alone

Let me give everyone a little secret. We dont have a coaching problem in floyd county we have a parent and leadership problem. Let your kids be coached, support your coaches. How many coaching changes have we had in the last 20 years in Floyd County? How many regions have we won? 
Parents need to shut up buy in and look in the mirror instead of trying to get a new coach every 2 years.


This has nothing to do with Mason hes a good coach and a good person but we are talking about trying to replace someone whos coached for 2 years just won COY....what are we doing.

If Elijah Justice coached in Floyd County they would have fired him within 3 years

No need to jump down my throat about it, I was just simply asking, mainly due to the nature of the timing of it all and throw in the "rumors" that you see on here that BL may be looking to make a change. Known Mason for a long time, great person and a great coach as well, and his son is really turning into a great player.
