Zander Carter had an amazing career for the Tomcats he was 15-0 in his career as a Tomcat (best ever) 3 MVP's (only one ever) and all-time leading scorer in regional tournament history. Pretty impressive!

I don't remember a runner-up having more players on the all-tournament team than the winning team. In 1986 when we (East Carter won the region over Morgan Co.) they had a player win the MVP award.
