We used to do that when my grandparents were still alive . I think we put in a whiopping $2 each. Big time!!!  Remember the year Jim Valvano and NC ST shocked Houston's Phi Slama Jama and the basketball world?  My granny had the heavily favored Cougars. I had drawn the cinderella Wolfpack. My granny was already counting her dough. It was gonna buy her a case of beer. During the championship game, granny was drunk, per usual, and when Lorenzo Charles slammed home the game winner, granny launched into a profanity-laced tirade that would make any sailor blush. No beer run for granny that night. Good memories!!!  I don't remember what I did with my bountiful bonanza of cash winnings--- $18 worth!!!
