Patsy had a long long time to think about her inevitable death from breast cancer.  Maybe she did talk to someone.

I just hope there comes a time when the truth comes to light of who harmed that little girl. I still think of her pretty often and how the very last person that her little eyes ever saw on this earth was the person that was taking the life from her body. It makes me very sad and hurts my heart to this day.
