Your main players for Corbin are 3 seniors, 2 juniors, 1 sophomore, and 1 freshman. That is  not a Young team, other than their best player is a freshman. They are experienced and tested . Not taking anything away from them they played a great game and when they are hitting from outside they are as good as anyone in the region. But make no mistake they are not wet behind the ears etc, their core has played together for a while. And yes Old school the radiocasts have been awful for most of the season but if you think the boys crew is bad take one listen to a girls broadcast on wctt it is horrendous. I honestly have turned it off and rolled the window down to hear the tires whine before. Smith done a ok job on the boys although Worley only droned on about his own kid last year and not better this year. Obviously its a cost cutting measure but they definitely lost me as a listener.

I probably should have clarified that. I meant their main guys were young. Akins is a great player that I’ve been a fan of for a long time, but he is new to this role as of this season. Ellis, if I remember correctly, had not played in a district championship before this one.

These guys have played in a good amount of games, just not in a ton of tournament-style games in the roles they have now.
