Kentucky vs. Alabama 2/22
#1
Cats travel to the always hostile Coleman coliseum to take on the tide.

Same situation as the first time these 2 teams played. Alabama had a mid-week game, and lost to Ole Miss, pretty embarrassingly at home, then went to Rupp and hung 102 on Kentucky, who was coming off a big mid-week win at that time. Bama loses at Mizzou the other night who hung 110 on them, and Kentucky coming off an impressive victory.

Haven't seen or heard any updates on Butler & Robinson, sure seems like Robinson may be out the rest of the regular season at least, maybe even Butler too, would you think that would be the best option moving forward? I mean Kentucky is a lock for the tournament due to their resume, maybe keep playing Perry, Noah, and Chandler just to give them more quality reps and improve their confidence more? Just a few thoughts.

This will obviously be a tough test on the road, as Alabama is one of the best offensive teams in the country, it's either 3's or driving to the basket for layups and trying to get to the foul line, and with how atrocious Kentucky's defense has been, Alabama has the ability to expose them very quickly, but Kentucky has the offense as well to keep up. They really have to find ways to get Brea open, he is a knock down shooter but really can't create anything for himself, he is going to be a key factor in this game, and how well Perry can handle the pressure from Bama guards if Butler is a no go.

Bama has lost 2 in a row so they are reeling, Kentucky got a much needed win against Vandy, lets just hope UK can keep this momentum rolling.

What's everyone's thoughts?
