Martin Co, Pikeville, Paintsville, Johnson Central have really separated themselves from the rest of the pack.

Teams like Shelby Valley, Betsy Layne, Pike Central could be dark horses, and end any of the mentioned teams above seasons come March, but right now if I had to choose, it would be Paintsville or Pikeville.
