It depends on the source. Most presidents spend quite a bit of time working in vacation settings. By some Democrat fact-checker sites, Joe Biden was a workaholic. Considering how often he fell asleep in meetings, I find it easy to believe that he worked very little when he was on "vacation" and trust the 39% number over fact checker estimates as low as 8%.

According to former top Democrat fundraiser Lindi Li, Biden was not capable of discharging his duties as president after he withdrew from the campaign, regardless of whether he was at the White House or not.

Way to not answer the direct question.
Do your own research. You do know how to use Google, don't you? There is no strict definition for what constitutes a vacation day for a president.

Its your damn question, if you cant define the parameters of your own question, how do you expect people to answer it.  Google has nothing to do with it.   Or do you want those answering to just pull noodles out of their fluffy butts and make unicorn banana suckers?

And if there is no strict definition of what constitutes a vacation for the President, then I guess he never took one did he.
Grow up. I answered your question twice. No reason to be a jerk. If I had voted for the laziest, most corrupt president in history, I would probably be in a bad mood too, but I would hope that I could be man enough to just admit my mistake and try do better next time.
