I don't follow Nascar like I used to.  But I thought I'd seen where the car he owned did make the Dayton 500.  Thanks for the clarification. 

I'm starting to slowly get back into Nascar.  At one time I knew almost all the driver's and I didn't miss watching a race.  I'd like to see Dale Jr's car enter and make the Bristol race.  Dale Sr and Jr,  their fanbase dominated that area.  I'd say his car will instantly be a fan favorite,  especially Bristol.  His merchandise trailer will probably sell out pretty quick!
