Painstville 60 Martin County 55
#37
Time for someone who has nothing to do with the 15th to voice his opinion. Martin County may run up and down the floor and play a modern offense, but does not have modern shooters. Their two highest volume shooters with both over 150 attempts, holy crap that’s a lot, also shoot under 32.5%. Mathematically you want Watts and Dials to shoot a long shot, and then go rebound. Davis and Mills are pretty good shooters but aren’t getting near as many shots. Maynard really shrinks the floor when he’s out there. 6-22 Last Night for MC.

Paintsville slows the game down, limits possessions, the ball will bounce their way more than it won’t especially if martin fires away and paintsville can win a few rebounds. Martin may get hot one night and shoot 12-22 rather than 6-22, but statistically it’s more likely than not they will continue to hit the rim more than the net.
