With the results of the weekend, I have to make my rankings a little more realistic

1. Bell County (we may never lose again, i’m doing backflips out of joy as we speak. Lord keep pushing those threes through the net!!)
2. Harlan County (Why do I have to keep seeing Huff vs the Bobcats?? I can only have so many heart attacks and strokes during a basketball game… 3 games down, 2 to go)
3. South Laurel (Mabe is absolutely unstoppable, the rest not so much. Might see the first ever Box and 1 that just boxes Mabe and leaves one guy to guard the other 4)

4. Knox (They can outscore anyone, they can guard no one. Why have them so high in your rankings?? It’s cause they have proven to be established and play well together on the floor, the next few teams are currently in internal disarray. If any team 5-7 gets it together they will immediately jump knox)
5. Corbin (How do you rank them, did they get better or worse?? Will they get it together?? Will they argue on the floor with refs and coaches like they did in their first game together or is that a one time deal?)
6. North (Davidson can ball, but one day they are legit, next day they are asleep)
7. Clay (Is this the worst free throw shooting team of all time?? Mike Jones needs to worry more about free throws, turnovers, and defense instead of skirts in the stands… oops)


8. Pineville (I left a space intentionally, squeak by Harlan, Whitley, Barbourville, OBI, etc. They haven’t faulted and lost to any of these teams, but every single time they face a team with a pulse they struggle heavily. Will take a miracle for the lions to pull one off game 1 at the arena. The lottery for Pineville will be bigger than ever, everyone wants them)

Honestly you can’t say that Bville and Whitley can’t jump into this conversation. I know it’s wild but Bville can beat Pineville on a good night, and can the colonels pull it off twice in a blue moon??
