There not, floyd central has talented players but you just can’t focus on them you need to focus on the whole team to ensure that everyone is as successful as they can be. The parents will then complain because player A not playing every minute instead of allowing players to develop. Then to ensure development is satisfactory he must make sure the middle school has knowledgeable coaches who develop everyone. So if he does stay longer then 2 yrs it going to be a long time before you see real results

your kid obviously just didn't get to play. That middle school staff did an amazing job. Logan, Jody, Justin and the rest have taught them football from the ground up. The 5th grade group won floyd county in C team and will win it again this year. They got all the schools together and working for a single goal instead of having teams with 15 kids on them. They work those kids A** off from July 10th on. The combination of Hoskins and what those guys are building at the Middle School will lead to success if loud mouths who know nothing about it will leave them alone.
