There not, floyd central has talented players but you just can’t focus on them you need to focus on the whole team to ensure that everyone is as successful as they can be. The parents will then complain because player A not playing every minute instead of allowing players to develop. Then to ensure development is satisfactory he must make sure the middle school has knowledgeable coaches who develop everyone. So if he does stay longer then 2 yrs it going to be a long time before you see real results
