The irony of the richest man in the world almost single-handedly destroying an agency designed to help the world’s poor, so that the U.S. federal budget has more room for another giant tax cut for the richest man in the world and his pals, should not be lost on anyone.

What I love is seeing good triumphing over evil and criminals being brought to justice for their crimes.

If there are criminals as Musk claims involved, then weed them out and prosecute them, but don't take the lifeline away from some of the most vulnerable people in the world, mainly children who rely on this aid to survive. 

I saw a report from Africa yesterday that would even make most of the maga crowd see this differently, although I'm sure that it wouldn't affect people who are out of touch with human suffering such as Musk and Trump.  Children will die because of this and just because they are not American children should not matter.

You and your comrades need to come to grips with the fact that you have been consuming liberal propaganda from a firehose for a very long time.

Democrats are almost solely to blame for the corruption in the USAID agency. They have refused to exercise oversight for USAID, and I suspect that was a conscious decision. 

The legacy media follows the New York Times' lead, so the propaganda planted by USAID quickly spreads through the national media. Fortunately, conservatives have a big presence online and Politico does not have the same clout as the NYT.

The bottom line is that Democrats have been using the same tactics on Americans that they use to destabilize foreign governments. You have been a willing tool for the traitors in USAID.

So it appears that you, and Musk, are saying that since "Democrats" corrupted USAID that it doesn't really matter how it affects the poorest people in the World and that the lives being lost don't really matter either as long as the Democrats somehow pay.  I believe that it is our responsibility as a Country and as people with so much to help these people, and politics should not be played with people's lives.  The lack of empathy from the US population in general is astounding to me.

The self-inflicted pain of various countries in Africa and elsewhere do not matter at all to me. Why? Because no amount of food, medicine, or money will fix corrupt governments. All our taxpayer money does is sustain crooked regimes around the world. 

How much of your income goes to feed the poor children of Africa? If you really care, then spend your own money to fix world hunger. If that is not enough, then find yourself a second job and send all of that income to Africa. It is your money to do with what you will. 

You are not entitled to spend my moey or other taxpayer funds without clear legislation.

All Americans should be angry at what has been going on at USAID. Instead, liberals are attacking the man who uncovered the fraud and abuse at USAID. Unbelievable! 

You should be angry at your own government for feeding you so much propaganda for so long. That propaganda has robbed millions of people of their common sense and ability to distinguish between fact and fiction.
